ABOUT Kristin
Kristin Korbacher is a dedicated family law attorney committed to helping individuals and families navigate challenging legal matters with professionalism, compassion, and practical guidance.
Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Indiana University. She then attended Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2022. She was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2023 and focuses her practice on family law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, child custody, parenting time, child support, and other domestic relations issues.
Drawing on her educational background in both science and psychology, Kristin approaches each case with an understanding of the personal and emotional challenges that often accompany family law disputes. She works closely with clients to develop effective legal strategies tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
In addition to her legal practice, Kristin is actively involved in mentoring future advocates as the Mock Trial Team Coach at Westfield High School. Through coaching, she helps students develop critical thinking, public speaking, and courtroom advocacy skills.
Kristin is dedicated to providing thoughtful, client-focused representation and helping families work toward positive outcomes during difficult transitions. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, baking, watching football, and spending time with her friends and family.
