Mark A. Ogle is a respected family law attorney known for his compassionate approach and longstanding impact on domestic relations law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Throughout his career, Mark has helped shape Kentucky family law through significant appellate work, including cases involving non-biological third-party rights and the interpretation and modification of custody matters under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA).

In addition to his litigation practice, Mark has developed a highly regarded family law mediation practice serving clients throughout Kentucky. He is a Certified Family Mediator and General Civil Mediator through the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts.

Mark is a Past President of the Kentucky Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and currently serves as the Kentucky Chapter Delegate to the AAML National House of Governors. He is also an active member of the Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and Northern Kentucky Bar Association, and is a frequent speaker at both local and national legal education events.

Mark earned his undergraduate degree from Centre College, where he received All-Conference honors in both basketball and baseball. He went on to attend Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys cycling, traveling, golf, cooking, and spending time with his daughters and seven grandchildren.
