Michael McNeil

Mike has been practicing family law for more than 35 years and is a past co-chair of the Cincinnati Association of Collaborative Professionals.  He understands that every case is unique and requires careful consideration of all potential paths to a positive resolution. 

 

He believes successful outcomes are best achieved by listening to his clients and prioritizing their interests. In many cases, the collaborative process will facilitate a settlement that works for all parties, but Mike also understands that not every case presents that opportunity. His experience and judgment are valuable resources for his family law clients and their families. 

 

Mike graduated from Wake Forest University (B.A., 1986) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., 1991). He was admitted to the bar in Ohio in 1991 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District in 1992. He was born in Redondo Beach, CA and has lived in Cincinnati since 1988. 

 

When he isn’t helping family law clients, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, cooking with fire and playing golf.
